What to know

The questions first-timers ask most. Don't see yours? Call (470) 690-2877.

What should I bring?

Athletic clothing and a water bottle. Hand wraps and gloves for first-timers get sorted at the gym. Just show up ready to move.

Can my kids train?

Yes. Youth boxing runs in two age groups, ages 6 to 10 and ages 11 to 15. Structured, supervised, and built for their age.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Every class is built for all levels, including complete beginners. Intro to Boxing covers stance, footwork, and fundamentals from scratch.
