HIT Fitness & Boxing is at 1951 Canton Rd in Marietta, a short drive from most of Kennesaw. Coaching-led classes for all levels, plus youth boxing, women's strength, and personal training.
The gym is at 1951 Canton Rd Ste 250 in Marietta, on the Canton Road corridor on the north side of town. For most Kennesaw residents the drive is 10 to 15 minutes, usually I-575 south to the Canton Rd exit, or Chastain Rd / Cherokee St if you're coming from the KSU side.
It's the closest coaching-led boxing gym to Kennesaw with a real roster: a NASM-certified personal trainer with 10+ years of experience, a 7-year pro fighter with camp time alongside Gennadiy Golovkin, Gervonta Davis, and Deontay Wilder, a 2012 USA Olympic Boxing Trials athlete, and the coach who founded the Morehouse / AUC Boxing Club. Kennesaw State University students get a discounted College Membership at $135/month with valid student ID. Youth boxing parents drive in from across the area for the structured ages-6-to-10 and ages-11-to-15 classes.

Beginners start with Intro to Boxing. Members training toward amateur fights have Competitive Boxing and Saturday Sparring.
A dedicated, women-focused program. $150/month, unlimited access, no boxing required. Beginners welcome.
Two age groups so younger kids don't train with teens. $135/month, includes youth gloves + wraps.
Private coaching in 4, 8, or 12-session bundles. From $55/session. No recurring membership required.
$135/month for college students with a valid ID. Full class access at a student rate.

The gym is roughly a 12 to 18 minute drive from the KSU main campus depending on traffic, typically taking I-575 or Chastain Rd. The College Membership ($135/month) is built for students with a valid college ID.
Members from Kennesaw train across the full schedule: Intro to Boxing for first-timers, Fitness Boxing in the mornings, General Boxing afternoons and evenings, Women's Strength Training, youth boxing (ages 6 to 15), and 1-on-1 personal training.
Yes. Youth boxing runs in two age groups (6 to 10 and 11 to 15). Youth membership is $135/month and includes complimentary youth boxing gloves and hand wraps. Parents from Kennesaw bring kids to both classes.
Yes. New clients can claim a free first class through /free-class. There's also a $40 three-class New Client Special for anyone who wants to test the gym across multiple sessions. No contract, no card to claim the free class.
