Do I need boxing experience to start?
No. Every class is built for all levels, including complete beginners. Start with the Intro to Boxing class. It covers stance, footwork, and fundamentals from scratch.

The New Client Special is $40 for 3 classes. It's available to new clients only, and all 3 classes must be used within 2 weeks of purchase.

Yes. One-on-one personal training comes in bundles: 4 sessions for $260, 8 sessions for $480, or 12 sessions for $660. The more sessions you book, the lower the per-session rate.
Does HIT Fitness & Boxing offer a free trial?
