What does a personal training session at HIT look like?
Private, one-on-one coaching built around your goals and your pace. A coach programs the session for you, walks you through every drill, and trains you through it. Boxing skill, conditioning, strength, or all three.
Do I need to be a member to book personal training?
No. Personal training bundles do not require a recurring membership. You can train as a PT-only client, or pair PT with a Month-to-Month membership for group classes.
Who coaches the personal training sessions?
Sessions are coach-led by HIT's roster, which includes a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (10+ years), a 7-year pro fighter, a USA Boxing coach, and an Olympic Trials athlete. You can request a specific coach when you book.
How long is each session?
Standard sessions are scheduled directly with your coach. Time blocks and exact format are confirmed with the gym before your first session.
